Andreas Nicolaou Architects & Designers L.L.C was founded in 1989 by Andreas Nicolaou, in Limassol, Cyprus. Today after 33 years of continuous practise the studio is located at Nicosia. Andreas Nicolaou graduated from Politecnico Di Torino in 1985 and has been the President of Cypriot Architects Association for almost 10 years. Moreover, he has been a critic in several architectural competitions.The architectural studio executed numerous projects across Cyprus and is often participating in architectural competitions. Importantly the firm has received the ‘’Alexis Theodosiades’’ award for a renovation project. 
 

Our main purpose is to deliver the highest and best possible results for every single project. The architectural design team is consisted of 9 architects on permanent basis, one interior designer and two apprentices as well as other contract associates. During its years of practise the studio has been involved in the design and completion of large-scale and complexed projects such as: Medical, Sports, Conservation-Restoration, Airport and Helicopter hangar, Fire and Police stations, Refuges camp, Special security buildings, Photovoltaic solar parks, Urban design, Hotels, Zero energy buildings, Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREAM), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and Living Building Challenge (LBC) certified buildings.
